I finally settled on just a simple globulious jubilated stream to represent the paint in the spray paint can....after trying out several different effects for it in photoshop. I am pretty happy with how it turned out in the end. I also was thinking about doing some variations on opacity in the arms in motion but again decided to go with something more simple that i thinks fits the books overall look.

Thanks man...i am happy with it...just didn't want to get caught up in it where it would make me second guess myself again...moving right along now though.
